1. Am I too old to train?

No, the oldest competitive weight lifter was 99, and the oldest marathon runner was over 100.
 

2. Do I need to lose weight before I begin training?

No. We may tailor your sessions towards resistance over impact, but your fitness journey starts here.
 

3. I work all day, can I still book sessions?

Yes, we understand that people have busy lives. If you want to book a sunrise session, we will see you there!
 

4. Is personal training expensive?

We offer a range of pricing options. Take a look at our different packages and choose what is right for you.
 

5. Am I too unhealthy to train safely?
Some people may require GP consent to train, and some may require the services of a specialist fitness therapist. During your free consultation we will give you honest advice regarding your fitness journey.
